Report of damaged products
Proceedings to follow when receiving a damaged product.
1) Report damaged product(s) within 3 days after receiving and email it to info@dragoneurotrade.nl ( mention the facture number, article number and the amount of broken/damaged products)
2) Send the photo(s) of the damaged product together with the packing box.
We will contact you as soon as possible after we receive your email.
Please notice:
- Damaged products won't be handled after 3 days after receiving.
- Shippingcost is for the buyer when the products needs to be returned

Netherlands: Free shipping with an order of 750,00 Euro or above ( excl BTW). For Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, an order of 1.500,00 Euro (exclusive BTW) or higher
Pick up order
It is always possible to pick up your order at our cash & carry shop, even after you placed your order, please mention it on the commentbox if you want to pick up your order.
Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the way of payment you choose. In general it takes 2 a 3 days with bank or iDeal payment.
Orders placed on friday could be delivered on saturday. Orders placed in the weekend will be treat on monday, shipped by tuesday and arrive at wednesday
Return
It is possible to return the products in exchange for another product when you are not satisfied with the received product from your order. Please be aware that the shippingcost will be charged for te buyer. We will also charge 10% of the changed product(s) as handlingcharges.
