Pick up order
It is always possible to pick up your order at our cash & carry shop, even after you placed your order, please mention it on the commentbox if you want to pick up your order.

Return
It is possible to return the products in exchange for another product when you are not satisfied with the received product from your order. Please be aware that the shippingcost will be charged for te buyer. If you want to use this service, please send us an email to Service@dragoneurotrade.nl within 48 hours after receiving your package.

Below are the shipping rates within Europe 

We will handel your orders within 1 - 3 working days when your payment has been credited in to our bank account. Most orders will be sent the next day after received your order. For large orders with many items, we need one or two more days for collecting orders and packing orders perfertly which parcels must be safe in a long trip in European countries. 

Your orders will be tranported to your destnations via DPD (parcels) or other relaible worldwide logistic partners (pallet shipping). It takes only 1 working day to receive orders in the Netherland and Belgium, 2 - 3 working days in Germany, Poland, France,  2 -3 working days to other Northern, Eastern and Southern European Countries. You will receive trace code via E-mail from DPD when your orders have been left from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will be informed by DPD when your orders will be deliveried in your location. 

Please notice that the shipping rates below is for 1 package until maximum 20 kg. Extra costs will be charged for extra large volume products like water funtain and painting.

Shipping to Switzerland will be handled by DPD, delivery time will be abount 10 - 20 working days.
