Report of damaged or missing products
Proceedings to follow after receiving a damaged product.
1) Report damaged product(s) within 72 hours after receiving your parcel and email it to email@example.com ( mention the order number, article number and the amount of broken/damaged products)
2) Send the photo(s) of the damaged product together with the packing box.
After revisal of your mail, we will put the item in our backorder, you will receive the item with your next order
- Damaged products won't be handled after 3 days after receiving.
- Shippingcost is for the buyer when the products needs to be returned
After revising the pictures we will
- make a back order of the damaged / missing product You will receive this item with your next order.
